Minnesota State Patrol: 1:11 p.m. Tuesday, Minnesota 30 near milepost 13.5, Pipestone County. A 2011 Ford 150 operated by Michaela Seibel, 21, of Herreid, S.D. and a 2015 GMC Sierra operated by Anthony Rustad, 38, of Pipestone collided as the Ford was attempting a left turn in snowy conditions. Seibel was taken to Pipestone Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury. The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office and Pipestone County Ambulance assisted.
