Minnesota State Patrol: rollover crash, 11:28 p.m. Monday, Interstate 90 eastbound near mile marker 39. A 2011 Mazda 6i operated by Alton Thomas Clifford, 34, of Rapid City, S.D., was being pursued by law enforcement when it hit a snow patch, lost control, entered the south ditch and rolled. Clifford was taken to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Dominic Eugene Turvold, 21, of Oakland was arrested Saturday for operating while under the influence-first offense. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond. The arrest came following a report of a suspicious male walking on Iowa 9 east of Ocheyedan.

WPD: citation for driving after suspension, 4:51 p.m. Monday.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Joshua Denekas, 40, of Ashton, Iowa was arrested Monday and charged with operating while intoxicated second offense. The arrest came following a traffic stop on South Carroll Street near the intersection of South Eighth Avenue, Rock Rapids, Iowa.

WPD: harassing communications, 4:01 a.m. Tuesday, 900 block of Smith Avenue.
