Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Cristee Ann Davids, 49, of SIbley, Iowa was arrested Friday for allegedly operating while under the influence-second offense. She was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop in Sibley.
