SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a motorcycle accident at 11:20 p.m. Wednesday on M12. Lanny Joe Allen, 21, of May City, Iowa, was driving a 2005 Honda motorcycle northbound on M12 south of 230th Street when he suddenly stopped for something on the highway, lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle. Allen was transported by the May City Ambulance to the Osceola Community Hospital with incapacitating injuries. The motorcycle sustained approximately $1,500 in damage. Melvin Ambulance assisted at the scene.

SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a car-deer collision at 5:30 a.m. Friday on A34 west of Tanager Avenue. Neal Von Rice, 51, of Melvin, was driving a 2006 Toyota Corolla east on A34 when he struck a deer on the roadway. No injuries were reported. Rice's vehicle sustained approximately $1,500 in damage.

PIPESTONE -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a report of a three-vehicle accident at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday on Minnesota 23. Kathleen Versteeg, 59, of Holland, was driving a 2003 Ford Mustang and making a left turn onto a township road. Daniel Miller, 42, of Edgerton, was driving a 2003 GMC Sierra when he rear-ended Versteeg's Mustang, pushing it into the path of a 1999 Ford Windstar, driven by Doreen Kallemeyn, 39, of Holland. Miller and Kathleen Versteeg both received non-life-threatening injuries, as did Versteeg's passenger, Skylar Versteeg, 13. Doreen Kallemeyn and one of her passengers, April Kallemeyn, 10, received non-life-threatening injuries, and her other passenger, Taten Kallemeyn, an infant, was treated and released.

READING -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a grain wagon with a broken axle in the middle of the road at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday on 200th Street.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 8:55 p.m. Monday to 1709 Miller St. to assist a female who had fallen on Wednesday. She had been on the floor for five days.

ADRIAN -- The Adrian Ambulance and Adrian First Responders were paged at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday to Interstate 90 to assist a female experiencing pain in her left arm. She was transported to Sanford Hospital Luverne.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft of money at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at the YMCA.

DUNDEE -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a theft of a 12-foot aluminum rowboat at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday in Dundee.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a juvenile in possible possession of drugs at 2:22 p.m. Tuesday at Worthington Middle School.
