Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Maner Lewi, 22, of George, Iowa was arrested Tuesday following investigation of a potential false imprisonment situation in the 200 block of East Iowa Avenue, George, and charged with misuse of 911 and interference with official acts. Additionally, Moner Lewi, 25, and Jessy Neth, 19, both of George, were each charged with interference with official acts. Each of the individuals were lodged in the Lyon County Jail.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Kathy Sigmund, 54, of Redfield, Iowa was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving while revoked, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest came following a report of a suspicious person at the Cooperative Energy Company in Rock Rapids, Iowa.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Matthew Hollister, 37, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was arrested Wednesday on charges of operating while intoxicated-fifth offense; he was also cited for failure to have a valid driver’s license and stopping on paved part of highway. The arrest came following a report of an unresponsive driver at Second Avenue and Greene Street, Rock Rapids, Iowa.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Samuel H. Seivert, 41, of Cleghorn, Iowa was arrested Wednesday for alleged possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, driving while barred, eluding, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended. He was also cited for failure to provide proof of financial liability and careless driving. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $14,200 bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop after a brief pursuit that ended on 280th Street near U.S. 59.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Kendra White, 30, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was arrested Thursday for operating while revoked from OWI test failure; she was also cited for excessive speed. The arrest came following a traffic stop in Rock Rapids, Iowa for speeding.
