ROUND LAKE -- Round Lake Rescue and the Worthington Ambulance were dispatched at 5:36 p.m. Tuesday to 33001 Ulrich Ave. to respond to a 911 call of an ATV on top of an adult male. He was transported.
Fire

The Brewster Fire Department was dispatched at 12:41 a.m. Wednesday to a machine shed fire on Ulrich Avenue. A tanker from Round Lake was requested under mutual aid.
Police
BREWSTER -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of people shooting fireworks at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday in the 700 block of Third Avenue. A deputy gave a warning for fireworks and confiscated them.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 20-year-old male for instructional permit violation at 8:43 p.m. Tuesday on Dover Street.
BREWSTER -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of illegal dumping at 10:12 a.m. Wednesday in the 700 block of Second Avenue. The spill was located, and it was decided that Minnesota Pollution Control will handle it. The Brewster Fire Department was dispatched at 12:33 p.m. for oil spill clean up.
