Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Alex McIlvenna, 31, of Rock Rapids, Iowa was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Saturday for burglary of a motor vehicle and attempted burglary of a motor vehicle. The burglaries occurred on the eastern section of Rock Rapids.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: James E. Lohr, 35, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Saturday for alleged public intoxication and interference with official acts. He was transported and booked into Osceola County Jail, and held on a $600 bond. The arrest stemmed from an investigation of a suspicious male at 10th Street and Second Ave in Sibley.
