WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:39 p.m. Wednesday to the Okabena Towers to assist an adult female who had fallen and injured her back. She was transported to the Worthington Regional Hospital.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:55 p.m. Wednesday to the Golden Horizons to assist an adult female who couldn't walk and wasn't responding. She was transported to the Worthington Regional Hospital.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 1:28 p.m. Thursday to assist an unresponsive male sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot at Mediacom, 1132 Oxford St. He was transported to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of a car hitting a light pole and leaving the scene at 10:19 p.m. Thursday in the 900 block of Omaha Avenue. The city electric department was contacted because the light pole was unstable.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated an assault at 12:52 a.m. Friday in the 900 block of Lucy Drive. A juvenile male was arrested for second-degree assault. He was detained at KidsPeace Prairie Academy.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a juvenile male for curfew violation, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:21 a.m. Friday at 10th Street and Fifth Avenue. He was also cited for giving a false name to a police officer and probation violation and was arrested on a juvenile warrant.
