SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office investigated an accident at 5:35 a.m. Tuesday at Seventh Avenue and Fourth Street. Doris Schoneman, 72, of Sibley, was driving a 2007 Ford Taurus. Tyler Keith Newman, 16, of Sibley, was driving a 1996 Dodge Dakota. Schoneman was transported by the Sibley Ambulance to Osceola Community Hospital for treatment of possible injuries. The Newman vehicle sustained about $2,000 in damages; the Schoneman vehicle sustained approximately $7,000 in damages.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident at 7:15 a.m. Wednesday at Top Motor Sales, 601 Kragness Ave.

ADRIAN -- The Adrian Rescue Squad and Ambulance were dispatched at 11:06 a.m. Wednesday to 201 Connecticut Ave. to assist a child who could not breathe.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at noon Wednesday to First Avenue and 15th Street to assist a male having a seizure.

SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Osceola County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a male entering a residence without permission early Wednesday morning. A 24-year-old male was arrested for public intoxication and booked into the Osceola County Jail.
