ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa - The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Cammi Florey, 18, of Sioux Falls, S.D., Saturday for possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop for a speeding violation near the intersection of Lyon County A34 and Jackson Avenue. She was transported to the Lyon County Jail. Additionally, a juvenile passenger was issued a juvenile referral for possession of alcohol under legal age and then released to her parents.
SIBLEY, Iowa - The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office arrested John Alfred Rivadeneira-Mosquera, 50, of Sibley on Saturday for allegedly operating while intoxicated first offense. He was also cited for possessing an open container and speeding. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop west of Sibley. Rivadeneira-Mosquera was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond.
