Accidents

LARCHWOOD, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff's office investigated a one-vehicle collision Friday on 120th Street near Larchwood. Abby J. Trei, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, was driving a 1998 Buick westbound on 120th Street when she hit loose gravel and lost control of the vehicle, which slid through the intersection, entered the southwest ditch, struck a stop sign and overturned at least once, coming to rest on its top. The vehicle sustained approximately $4,000 in damage. No injuries were reported. Trei was cited for failure to maintain control.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a car versus building crash at 6:11 p.m. Saturday at Blue Line Travel Center.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a two car crash at 3:03 p.m. Sunday on Nobles 3.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:06 p.m. Sunday to the Atrium Highrise to assist a person who had fallen.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:29 a.m. Monday to Okabena Towers to assist an adult female who had fallen.

Fire

WILMONT -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of arson to round hay bales at 8:34 p.m. Sunday on Hasselroth Avenue. The Wilmont Fire Department was called for assistance.

Police

ADRIAN -- The Adrian Police Department investigated a 911 report of an assault at 11:24 p.m. Friday at the Bullpen Sports Bar. Adrian Rescue and the Adrian Ambulance were dispatched and the victim was transported to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a dog attacking another dog at 5:08 p.m. Sunday at the Centennial Shelter area. A 28-year-old male was cited for dog at large.

LISMORE -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of vandalism to a vehicle at 8:29 a.m. Monday on North Westside Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a burglarly at 9:20 a.m. Monday at Worthington Area Language Academy.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a theft at 3:01 p.m. Monday at Wal-Mart.
