Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Jonah Albaugh, 21, of George, Iowa was arrested Thursday on a valid Lyon County arrest warrant for criminal trespassing. Bond on the warrant was set at $300 cash only.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Michael Morris, 52, of Kent, Wash was arrested following a traffic stop at 10:32 p.m. Thursday and charged with failure to have a valid driver’s license, failure to provide security against liability, registration violation, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine drug paraphernalia and operating without required ignition interlock device (all misdemeanors). He was also charged with felony second-degree theft after it was discovered that the trailer he was pulling was stolen out of Rock County. He was transported to the Lyon County Jail.
