WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated the report of a two-vehicle crash at 5:20 p.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Oxford Street. One of the drivers was cited for driving after revocation and no insurance.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a hit and run in the 300 block of 10th Street at 9:55 p.m. Saturday.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 11:49 p.m. Friday to 1450 Knollwood Dr. for an individual complaining of chest pain. The patient was transported.

ELLSWORTH -- The Adrian Ambulance was paged at 3:39 a.m. Sunday to Parkview Manor Nursing Home, 308 W. Sherman Ave., for a transfer to the Luverne Sanford Hospital.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 6:47 a.m. Sunday to Golden Horizons, 1790 College Way, for a female complaining of chest pain. The patient was transported.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 12:36 p.m. Sunday to The Meadows, 1801 College Way, for an ill resident. The patient was transported.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 3:53 p.m. Sunday to Wal-Mart, 1055 Ryan's Road, for a car-pedestrian crash.

Fire

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Fire Department was paged at 5:57 p.m. Saturday to U.S. 59 and 220th Street for a car fire.

SIBLEY, Iowa -- The Sibley Fire Department was paged at 11:07 p.m. Friday to a barn fire at the Jason and Robin Kruger farm, 1335 Oriole Ave., approximately 3.5 miles north of Sibley. The barn was nearly destroyed by the time firefighters arrived, said Sibley Fire Chief Ken Huls. Firefighters remained on the scene for 45 minutes, assisted by the Osceola County Sheriff's Department and the Osceola County Ambulance.

Approximately 40 to 50 registered goats were lost in the blaze, as well as a large amount of hay and straw.

Police

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited an adult female at 7:01 p.m. Friday for no driver's license and no proof of insurance.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department responded to a call at 8:22 p.m. Friday that a drunk male would not leave a residence in the 800 block of 10th Street. The male was escorted from the scene. When he returned minutes later, he was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male at 1:45 a.m. Saturday on Third Avenue for driving while intoxicated. The individual was booked and held for court.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited an adult male for no Minnesota driver's license, driving over the center line and careless operation at 10:12 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of Oxford Street. The individual was placed on an ICE hold.

WORTHINGTON -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of someone attempting to hit a vehicle, driving erratically and following too close on Nobles County 35 at 1:02 p.m. Saturday. An adult male was cited for careless operation.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated at 2:28 p.m. Saturday the report of a possible order for protection violation in the 700 block of Strait Avenue. An adult male was arrested.
