ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa --The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested a 26-year-old Rock Rapids man on Thursday after he was caught on radar travelling 102 mph in a 55-mph speed zone. After officers attempted to stop the vehicle, they followed him to a home in the 1300 block of Harrison Avenue. The driver then fled on foot into the residence. He was later apprehended and charged with speeding, interference with official acts and operating while intoxicated.
