NCSO: threats of self-harm, 4:34 p.m. Friday, Worthington.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Marshall Redd of George, Iowa was arrested Friday and charged with domestic assault, second offense. He was transported to the Lyon County Jail. The arrest stemmed from a domestic disturbance in George.
WPD: issued warnings to two juvenile males for tobacco possession and warned one juvenile male for public urination, 11:12 p.m. Friday, 1100 block of Seventh Avenue.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Brandon L. Espeland, 33, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Friday for allegedly driving while revoked. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail and released on his own recognizance. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Iowa 60 and 200th Street.
WPD: arrested adult male for fifth-degree drug possession, no Minnesota driver’s license and possible drug paraphernalia, 3:16 a.m. Saturday.
NCSO: burglary, 3:25 a.m. Saturday, 31000 block of 290th Street, Worthington.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: John A. Rivadeneira-Mosquera was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while barred, driving while revoked for operating while intoxicated (two counts), driving while license suspended for failure to refile SR-22, operation without ignition interlock and providing false ID information. He was lodged in the Lyon County Jail on a $3,000 bond. The arrest came following a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Tama Street, Rock Rapids, Iowa.
Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Thomas Nolte of Ellsworth was arrested Saturday and charged with operating while intoxicated second offense. He was transported to the Lyon County Jail, where he posted bond. The arrest came following a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Iowa 9.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Jeffrey A. Dolly-Steele, 19, of Ashland, Kan. was arrested Friday for alleged domestic abuse assault, assault, criminal mischief and public intoxication, and was also cited for person under legal age. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail and released on a $2,500 unsecured appearance bond. The arrest stemmed from a report of a disturbance at a hotel in Sibley, Iowa.
