Minnesota State Patrol: 9 a.m. Monday, U.S. 75 at Gabrielson Road, Luverne. A 2001 Mack Semi operated by Hans Kern, 42, of Luverne was southbound in snowy-icy conditions when it crossed the center line and struck a northbound 2001 Chrysler van operated by Melissa Churchill, 32, of Sioux Falls, S.D. The van then struck a 2013 Ford F150 operated by Lucas Nath, 25, of Luverne. Churchill and a passenger, Amber Scott, 34, of Luverne, were transported to Luverne Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.The Rock County Sheriff’s Office and Luverne Ambulance assisted.
WPD: hit and run, 7:59 p.m. Monday, Clary Street and Burlington Avenue.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: 7;37 a.m. Tuesday, Third Avenue, Sibley, Iowa. A 2009 Honda Civic operated by Erin Hugen, 40, of Sibley and a 2002 Kia Sportage operated by Deborah Roghair, 61, of Sibley, failed to see each other due to another legally parked vehicles and snow piles and collided. The Civic sustained approximately $2,000 in damage, while the Sportage had about $1,000 in damage. No injuries were reported.

NCSO: burglary, 4:46 p.m. Monday, 300 block of Harrison Street, Round Lake.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Allen G. Rolfes, 44, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Monday for alleged public intoxication Monday following a report of a disturbance at a Sibley residence. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail and released on his own recognizance.
