WPD: car vs. sign in the median, 9:35 a.m. Tuesday, Oxford Street and Humiston Avenue.

Minnesota State Patrol: 11:44 a.m. Tuesday, Minnesota 60 near Cottonwood County/Watonwan County line. A 2004 GMC Yukon operated by Timothy Curtis Rahn, 39, of Mountain Lake was attempting to pass a 2009 Kenworth semi operated by David Alan Goodman, 33, of Osceola, Wis. in icy conditions when it lost control and struck the semi’s trailer. Rahn was taken by Mountain Lake Ambulance to Sanford Health Windom with a non-life-threatening injury. The Mountain Lake police and fire departments assisted at the scene.
