WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:43 a.m. Friday to Ryan’s Road for a diabetic female with a pacemaker who was in distress.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 3:42 p.m. Friday to the 1700 block of North Humiston Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:57 a.m. Saturday to the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue for a male who wasn’t breathing.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 4:47 p.m. Saturday to the 700 block of Omaha Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:06 p.m. Saturday to the 1600 block of Miller Street for an adult male.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:31 a.m. Sunday to Collegeway for an individual with chest pain.

 

Crashes

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a crash reported at 9:12 a.m. Friday from the intersection of Oxford Street and Douglas Avenue.

HERON LAKE - The Minnesota State Patrol, Heron Lake Police Department and Jackson County Sheriff’s Office responded to a three-vehicle crash at 5:46 p.m. Saturday on Minnesota 60 at 10th Street. A 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Josephine Eidhammer, 69, of Pipestone, was attempting to cross Minnesota 60 at 10th Street and was struck by an eastbound 2010 GMC Yukon driven by Brent Bast, 36, of Sioux Falls, S.D. The GMC then struck a 1990 Oldsmobile Delta 88 stopped at the stop sign on 10th Street before entering the right ditch and rolling. The driver of the Oldsmobile, Sarah Holder, 29, of Slayton, was not injured. Eidhammer was also not injured. Bast was not injured, but two passengers in his vehicle, Lindsay Edwards, 36, of Sioux Falls, and Ariana Edwards, 11, of Sioux Falls, sustained non-life threatening injuries and were transported to Windom Hospital. Three other passengers: Blake Bast, 7, Olivia Bast, 9 and Griffin Edwards, 9, were not injured.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of harassing communication at 4:14 p.m. Thursday from Fifth Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of drug paraphernalia at 7:15 p.m. Thursday from the 500 block of Omaha Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department investigated a domestic incident reported at 7:27 p.m. Thursday from Lucy Drive.

ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa  - The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tyler Hanson, 21, of Sioux Falls, S.D., on Thursday at Gitchie Manitou State Park. A deputy discovered Hanson was concealing a loaded .380 pistol and drug paraphernalia. He was arrested for carrying concealed weapons, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He was taken to the Lyon County Jail and bond was set at $2,000 surety.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a money exchange scam at 1:06 p.m. Friday from the 1700 block of North Humiston Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of harassing texts at 8:24 p.m. Friday from the 1000 block of Sunset Road.

BREWSTER - The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a reported scam at 3:19 p.m. Saturday from the 1300 block of Third Avenue.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a domestic at 3:52 p.m. Saturday in the 800 block of 10th Street.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male for driving while intoxicated and driving after suspension at 12:26 a.m. Sunday.

WORTHINGTON - The Worthington Police Department received a report of a domestic at 6:25 a.m. Sunday in the 900 block of Seventh Avenue.
