Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: 5:30 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of South Third Avenue, Rock Rapids, Iowa. A 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by Judy Borman, 68, of Rock Rapids was backing out of a residential driveway when she struck a parked a 2014 DCT trailer owned by Fuller Paving of Luverne. The Jeep sustained approximately $5,000 in damage; the trailer had minimal damage. No injuries were reported.
