WPD: arrested adult male on local warrant, Blue Earth County warrant and driving after revocation, 11:50 p.m. Sunday.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Brandon L. Espeland, 32, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Monday for allegedly operating while under the influence-second offense, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and open container. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail, where he was held on a $2,900 bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at 10th Street and Fifth Avenue, Sibley.

WPD: burglary, 11:40 a.m. Monday, 900 block of Grandview Avenue.
