ELLSWORTH -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a report of a vehicle/tractor crash at 4:08 p.m. Saturday on Minnesota 91, north of Ellsworth. The report states a John Deere tractor driven by 17-year-old Kaleb DeBoer of Ellsworth failed to stop at a sign and entered an intersection in front of a 2002 Ford Ranger, driven by Roberto Garcia, 31, of Adrian. Neither person suffered any apparent injuries. The John Deere had no reported damage, but the pick-up's damage was severe.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:53 p.m. Saturday to the Atrium to assist an adult female who was feeling ill and short of breath.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:52 p.m. Saturday to 212 12th Street to assist an adult male who was choking.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 22-year-old male on a Cottonwood County warrant at 10:08 p.m. Friday at JBS Swift. The man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident and released to Cottonwood County.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited a 30-year-old female for no Minnesota driver's license at 12:56 a.m. Saturday on Second Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department cited an 18-year-old male for no Minnesota driver's license at 1:26 a.m. Saturday on Johnson Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a counterfeit check at 9:25 a.m. Saturday at Azteca Restaurant.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a knife found in a parking lot at 9:45 a.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of Ryan's Road. The knife was destroyed.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a male making noise at 7:59 p.m. Saturday in the 1500 block of College Way. The 27-year-old male was warned for noise and asked to leave the property. The complainant called again at 8:47 p.m. and stated the man was back. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and booked for release when sober.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department arrested a 24-year-old male for fleeing a peace officer on foot at 8:45 p.m. Saturday on Sixth Avenue. He was booked for release when sober.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of an attempted break-in at 2:22 a.m. Sunday in the 200 block of 15th Street.
