SIBLEY, Iowa -- Following a traffic stop Wednesday north of Melvin, Iowa, the Osceola County Sheriff's Office arrested a 20-year-old male for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The man is being held on a $1,300 bond in the Osceola County Jail.
