Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office: 8:37 p.m. Friday, 900 block of Minnesota 30, Pipestone. A 2013 Ford Festiva operated by Nicholas Magelee, St. Peter, struck a deer in the roadway. No injuries were reported. The vehicle sustained moderate damage.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Kenneth Casazza, 23, of Luverne was arrested Monday for operating while intoxicated (drugged). A passenger, Faren Earring, 38, of Sioux Falls, S.D., was arrested on two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and two counts of violation of a drug tax stamp. Both were transported to the Lyon County Jail. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office Drug Recognition Expert and K-9 Unit assisted.
WPD: fight, 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, 1000 block of Third Avenue. An adult male was warned for trespassing.
WPD: theft of license plate, 10:42 a.m. Tuesday, 1000 block of Ryan’s Road.
