WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a trailer-building collision at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday at JBS. A trailer came loose from a truck and struck the JBS building. In connection with the collision, a male was transported to the emergency room.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was paged at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday to 819 10th St. to assist a male having a seizure. He was transported to Sanford Medical Center Worthington.
ADRIAN -- The Adrian Ambulance was paged at 4:54 p.m. Wednesday to 204 Pennsylvania Ave. to assist a person.
