LUVERNE -- The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a report of a one-vehicle accident at 5:34 p.m. Monday on Interstate 90, near milepost 15. A 1995 Ford Ranger operated by Jared G. Schaffer, 19, of Pipestone, left the roadway and struck a traffic sign. Schaffer incurred a non-incapacitating injury.
CURRIE -- The Murray County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of a car-versus-deer accident at 7:22 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Minnesota 30 and 180th Avenue.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:44 p.m. Monday to 2011 Nobles St. to assist a male who had fallen, hit his head and experienced a seizure.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 10:47 a.m. Tuesday to 911 Johnson Ave. for a diabetic problem.
BREWSTER -- The Brewster Rescue Squad and Worthington Ambulance were dispatched at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday to 509 Frontier Road to assist a male who was feeling very weak.

WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of graffiti at 5:10 p.m. Monday at a business in the 900 block of Fourth Avenue.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of harassment at 6:18 p.m. in the 1300 block of Sixth Avenue.
WORTHINGTON -- The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of theft of an inside bench at 3:50 a.m. Tuesday from Perkins, 1445 Darling Drive.
BIGELOW -- The Nobles County Sheriff's Office investigated a report of harassment at 1:14 p.m. Tuesday in the 2600 block of Canterbury Drive.

Rebecca Prins and Steven Irizarry, Worthington, are the parents of a girl, Evangelina Daisy Garcia-Prins, born Sept. 14 at Worthington Regional Hospital. Grandparents are Lowell and Pam Scholtes, Lake Shetek, and Pat Scholtes and Jeff Hotchkiss, Woonsocket, S.D. Great-grandparents are Rod and Donna SCholtes, Wlmont, and Connie Prins, Woonsocket.
