LUVERNE - The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a motorcycle crash reported at 5:42 p.m. Saturday from U.S. 75 near mile marker 22. A 2003 Harley Davidson operated by Vernon D. Van Meveren, 73, of Lake View, Iowa, was northbound, lost control, entered the ditch and rolled. The Edgerton Ambulance was dispatched to the scene for a non-life-threatening injury.
WORTHINGTON - The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a car-vs.-deer crash reported at 9:04 p.m. Saturday.
WORTHINGTON - The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a crash reported at 12:26 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. 59 and 180th Street. A 1993 Mercury Villager operated by Keith D. Hansen, 32, of Worthington, lost control and went off the road. Hansen and a 7-year-old passenger both received non-life-threatening injuries. The Worthington Ambulance and Brewster Rescue were dispatched to the scene, and the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office provided assistance.
