Accidents
BREWSTER - The Minnesota State Patrol responded to an injury crash at 11:04 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of U.S. 59 and 200th Street. Joyce Soderholm, 63, of Worthington, was driving a 2010 Lincoln MKZ northbound on U.S. 59, while Larry Spear, 44, of Calumet City, Ill., was driving a 2007 Freightliner tractor, also northbound, when the vehicles collided. Soderholm was transported to Sanford Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D., with non-life threatening injuries. Spear also suffered non-life threatening injuries. Both were wearing their seatbelt. Responding to the scene were the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office, Brewster Rescue and Sanford Worthington Ambulance.
