GEORGE, Iowa -- The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jeanna Bennett, 34, on Thursday and charged with three counts of child endangerment, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest came as a result of a drug investigation and a search warrant received for 403 W. Ohio Ave., George. Deputies discovered drugs and drug paraphernalia in the residence during the execution of the search warrant, as well as three minor children living in the residence. The Iowa Department of Human Services was also contacted and is now involved in the case.
