ST. PAUL - Gov. Mark Dayton has ordered all United States flags and Minnesota flags be immediately flown at half-staff at all state and federal buildings in the state in honor and remembrance of former First Lady Nancy Reagan, who died Sunday at the age of 94.
Flags should remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of her burial Friday in California.
