Dense fog advisory issued for region

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties in Minnesota and Osceola, O'Brien and Lyon counties in Iowa.

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - The National Weather Service has issued a dense fog advisory for Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties in Minnesota and Osceola, O'Brien and Lyon counties in Iowa.

The advisory will expire at 11 this morning.

Dense fog with visibilities of a quarter mile or less can be expected until late morning, with a rapid improvement thereafter.

Drivers should slow down, use their headlights and leave plenty of distance ahead, the National Weather Service advised.
