WINDOM -- The Salvation Army and RSVP of Cottonwood County will offer a two-day Emergency Disaster Training course from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday in the Cottonwood County office meeting room, 235 Ninth St., Windom.
Topics will include food handling and the Salvation Army's mission.
