Domestic assault charges dismissed against Worthington man

All charges against Kyle Hohensee in connection with an alleged domestic assault from October of this year have been dismissed.

WORTHINGTON — Charges against Kyle Hohensee of Worthington were dismissed in Nobles County Fifth District Court on Nov. 30.

Hohensee was previously facing two counts of felony and misdemeanor domestic assault , which originated after an altercation that allegedly took place on Oct. 31. However, all charges were dismissed in the interest of justice, according to court records.
