DUNDEE - A Dundee woman arrested Monday faces drug charges in Nobles County District Court.
April L. Holey, 36, has been charged with fifth-degree drug possession and storing methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child, both felonies. The maximum penalty Holey could receive is up to five years imprisonment, a $10,000 fine or both.
According to the criminal complaint, a Nobles County Sheriff’s Office detective and Buffalo Ridge Drug Task Force agents served a warrant Monday afternoon at Holey’s South Main Street home in Dundee after learning of possible drug activity. The search allegedly produced multiple drug paraphernalia, methamphetamine (.5 grams) and unknown pills.
Holey admitted the items found were hers.
