WORTHINGTON — Forty members of the Worthington High School Class of 2020 were inducted into the school’s chapter of the National Honor Society in a Tuesday evening ceremony.

The 19 Class of 2019 NHS members received their NHS pins from adviser Lisa Spieker.

NHS members must maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher, abide by all Minnesota State High School League guidelines and embody the NHS pillars of character, scholarship, leadership and service. Members engage in community service activities throughout the year.

Local NHS officers for the Class of 2019 are Sean Souksavath, president; Davis Moore, vice president; Sarah Spieker, secretary; and Theodore Stewart, treasurer.
