SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa -- Interstate Power and Light Co. (IPL), an Alliant Energy company, will host an electrical safety training class from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. March 31.
The course is being offered to help Spirit Lake-area businesses protect their workforce from electrical hazards. Topics to be covered include OSHA safety codes, electrical hazards, safety work practices, personal protective equipment and an overview of standards for electrical safety in the workplace.
