Exhibit to celebrate 100th anniversary of American Legion

SIBLEY, Iowa — The Sibley Public Library will host an exhibit with items from the McCallum Museum to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the American Legion.

The exhibit, to be on display at the library from Nov. 4-22, will feature an American Legion banner/flag, American Legion uniform, World War I books, American Legion photographs, plaques, scrapbooks and various descriptions of the items on display.

The library is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesdays and Fridays; and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
