WORTHINGTON - The Feed My Starving Children mobile pack in Worthington is planned April 1. Thus far, the community has raised $23,957.88. This exceeds the initial goal, enabling the community to pack more meals and also to add more packing spots to the event.
At this point the packing goal has increased by roughly 7,800 meals and the donation goal by $1,711, making the new goal roughly $25,600. This results in 25 more volunteer spots being added to the Friday night packing session and five to each of the Saturday sessions. If the donations exceed that amount, more spots will be added.
