Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Michele Renee Zeisler, 50, of MIlford, Iowa was arrested Saturday for alleged possession of a controlled substance-first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was also cited for open container and speeding, and was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop one mile east of Iowa 9 and U.S. 59.
