Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Michele Renee Zeisler, 50, of Milford, Iowa was arrested Sunday for allegedly operating while under the influence-second offense. She was also cited for open container and speeding. She was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail and released on a $2,000 unsecured appearance bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop at Iowa 9 and U.S. 59.
