Minnesota State Patrol: motorcycle crash, 1:00 p.m. Monday, Minnesota 23 south of Jasper, Rock County. A 2015 Harley Davidson driven by Dale Towle, 62, of Clear Lake, and carrying passenger Judith Towle, 59, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was southbound on Minnesota 23 when the rear tire rapidly deflated, causing the driver to lose control. Driver and passenger were transported to Pipestone Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. Neither was wearing a helmet. Jasper Fire and EMS and Pipestone EMS responded to the scene.
