10:15 p.m. Wednesday: 1100 block of Douglas Avenue, Worthington, overdose.


Minnesota State Patrol: 6:59 a.m. Thursday, U.S. 59 at Minnesota 62, Fulda. A 2000 Chrysler LHS operated by a 17-year-old male was northbound on U.S. 59 and attempting to make a left turn, and a 2000 Dodge Durango operated by Kenneth James Walsh, 57, of Slayton, was southbound on U.S. 59. The vehicles collided at the intersection. Walsh was taken to Murray County Medical Center with a non-life-threatening injury. The Fulda Fire Department and Fulda Ambulance assisted.



WPD: warning issued for not displaying current tabs, 7:19 p.m. Wednesday.

WPD: verbal argument, 9:29 p.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of Omaha Avenue.

WPD: disorderly conduct, 12:21 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of Johnson Avenue.

WPD: shoplifting, 9:31 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of Ryan’s Road.

WPD: possible burglary attempt, 11:21 a.m. Thursday, 1600 block of Clary Street.

WPD: domestic incident, 3:03 p.m. Thursday, 1000 block of Johnson Avenue.

The Nobles County Recorder issued the following marriage licenses during December:

Ian James Ruppert and Kristen Sue Reisdorfer, both of Adrian; Megan Leigh Bryan and Jesse Raymond Slater, both of Rushmore; Jose Pedro Mendoza Castillo and Cruz Maria Ayala Cruz, both of Worthington; Toriann Marie Mortinsen and Clayton William Droll, both of Brewster; Ashley Ann Cruz and Carlos Luis Rolon, both of Worthington; Joseph Anthony Anderson and Angelica Theresa Heille, both of Round Lake.
