11:44 a.m. Tuesday: 1300 block of South Shore Drive, Worthington, adult male who was choking.


WPD: hit and run, 4:13 p.m. Monday, 1200 block of Clary Street.



4:14 p.m. Monday: 700 block of North Crailsheim Drive, Worthington.


WPD: threats, 4:18 p.m. Monday, 1700 block of Minnesota 60.

WPD: disorderly conduct, 4:35 a.m. Tuesday, 1500 block of North Spring Avenue.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Sixto Ramirez, 21, of Worthington was arrested Tuesday for allegedly operating while under the influence-first offense, possession of a controlled substance/marijuana-first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was transported and booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $1,000 bond. The arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Iowa 60 at exit 48.
