Minnesota State Patrol: 7:14 p.m. Thursday, Minnesota 23 just north of Ihlen. A 2006 Buick LeSabre operated by Julie Ann Johnson, 54, was northbound in wet conditions and struck a Case farm trailer being pulled by a tractor and operated by Thomas Gregory Dunn, 55, of Jasper. Johnson sustained a non-life-threatening injury, while Dunn was unhurt. The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office and Jasper Ambulance assisted.
