Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Pablo Marchessini, Sibley, Iowa, Sunday, on an arrest warrant for failure to appear.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Mark Kruse, 62, of George, Iowa, Monday, after a search warrant was executed at his residence. He was taken into custody on two Lyon County warrants for probation violation, which carried a $5,000 cash or surety bond, an Osceola County warrant for probation violation, which had a $1,000 cash or surety bond, a six-day Osceola County Jail mittimus warrant, and a Sioux County warrant for contempt of court, which carried a $5,000 cash or surety bond. He was also charged with possession of a controlled substance - methemphetamine, second offense, an aggravated misdemeanor, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a simple misdemeanor. He was placed in the Lyon County Jail.

Lyon County (Iowa) Sheriff’s Office: arrested Leonard Doiel, 28, of Rock Valley, Iowa, formerly of Doon, Iowa, and charged him with sex offender registry violation - second offense, and knowingly providing false information - sex offender registry - second offense, both class D felonies. He was placed in the Lyon County Jail.

NCSO: violation of order for protection, 1:33 p.m. Thursday, 24000 block of Minnesota 60.
