Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Office: 12:56 p.m. Monday, Cottonwood County Road 50 and 350th Street, Carson Township. A 32-year-old male was driving a 2002 GSX-R600 motorcycle east on Cottonwood County Road 50 when he went off the roadway and entered the north ditch. The driver was ejected from the motorcycle and was not wearing a helmet. He was taken to Windom Hospital for treatment of injuries. Windom Fire and Ambulance assisted at the scene.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Cory VanTilburg, of Doon, Iowa, was stopped near 160th Street and Ibex Avenue in Rock Rapids, Iowa around 11:50 p.m. Friday. He was arrested for OWI, first offense, and booked into Lyon County Jail.
