Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Carter Sprock, 18, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, was cited Thursday for trespassing, third-degree harassment and fireworks, all simple misdemeanors. Two juveniles were also charged with the same crimes in juvenile court and were released to parents.
