Minnesota State Patrol: 2:39 p.m. Thursday, Interstate 90 and Minnesota 60. A 1999 Chevrolet Silverdo operated by Omar Daniel Vazquez-Perez, 26, of Fairmont, was eastbound on Interstate 90 and struck a guardrail. His airbag deployed and he was wearing a seatbelt. Vazquez-Perez was transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. Assisting at the scene were the Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and Worthington Police Department.
