Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Melvin Charles Locke, 52, of Sibley, Iowa was arrested Friday for alleged domestic abuse assault. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $300 bond. The arrest came following investigation of a domestic disturbance call in Sibley.
NCSO: drugs, 6:03 a.m. Saturday, 300 block of Harrison Street, Round Lake.
Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Candi Jo Rethwill, 32, of Worthington was arrested Saturday on two outstanding Osceola County warrants for third-degree kidnapping, willful injury-causing bodily injury, false imprisonment, fifth-degree criminal mischief and obstruction of community communications. She was booked into the Osceola County Jail and held on a $10,000 bond. Rethwill was also being held on a warrant for Nobles County.
