10:38 a.m. Thursday: 2100 block of Castlewood Drive, Worthington.

12:55 p.m. Thursday: 1800 block of Collegeway, Worthington, adult male experiencing increased confusion and difficulty walking.

7:38 p.m. Thursday: 1700 block of Greenview Road, Worthington, adult male who fell and was very weak.

WPD: 4:14 p.m. Wednesday, intersection of Humiston Avenue and Dover Street.

WPD: 5:13 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of Ray Drive.

WPD: 2:27 p.m. Thursday, 1200 block of Ryan’s Road.

WPD: two-vehicle crash, 7:56 p.m. Thursday, Diagonal Road and Clary Street. Ambulance dispatched.

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: 8:27 a.m. Friday, Iowa 9 near Monroe Avenue. A 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt operated by Lisa Marie Harris, 39, of Spencer, Iowa was westbound on Iowa 0 when it dropped off the edge of the road, overcorrected and lost control, rolling into the north ditch and coming to rest on its top. Harris was transported to Osceola Regional Health Center by the Little Rock Ambulance with non-incapacitating injuries. The vehicle sustained approximately $4,500 in damages. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol, Sibley Fire Department and Sibley Ambulance all assisted at the scene.

Police

Osceola County Sheriff’s Office: Larry Kenneth Ober, 47, and Alejandro Christopher Vasquez, 24, both of Rushmore, were arrested Monday on charges of third-degree burglary. They were booked into the Osceola County Jail and released after each posting a $5,000 bond. The arrest stemmed from a report of a burglary at a rural Osceola County residence.

Lyon County Sheriff’s Office: Jally Sally, 54, of George, Iowa was arrested Monday for disorderly conduct and was transported to the Lyon County Jail. The arrest followed a deputy’s response at approximately 10 p.m. to a male party screaming loudly in the 400 block of West Minnesota in George.

WPD: disturbing the peace, 7:56 p.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of Second Avenue.

WPD: property damage, 1:40 a.m. Thursday, 2400 block of Campbell Boulevard.

WPD: theft, 9 a.m. Thursday, undisclosed location.

NCSO: property damage, 3:21 p.m. Thursday, 21000 block of 320th Street, Bigelow.
