3:13 a.m. Saturday: 22000 block of Dillman Avenue, Adrian, female having trouble walking. Adrian Rescue and Ambulance dispatched.

11:36 a.m. Saturday: 800 block of Dugdale Avenue, Worthington.

2:13 p.m. Saturday: 1600 block of Clary Street, Worthington, adult female with heart failure.

10:26 p.m. Saturday: 1400 block of Prairie Drive, Worthington, male who had fallen and was bleeding from the head.


8:27 a.m. Sunday: 800 block of 10th Street, Worthington, adult male who fell.


Minnesota State Patrol: 6 p.m. Friday, Nobles County 35 and Cory Avenue, Adrian. A 2004 Dodge Ram operated by a 16-year-old male was westbound on Cory Avenue, and a 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo operated by Jasmine Faith Kohorst, 18, of Adrian, was traveling on Nobles County 35 when the vehicles collided. A passenger in the Monte Carlo, Kyndra Elizabeth Martens, 18, of Adrian was transported to Sanford Luverne Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office and Adrian Police Department, Fire Department and Ambulance assisted.

NCSO: citation for no seat belt, 10:17 a.m. Saturday.

WPD: burglary, 5:51 p.m. Saturday, 800 block of Godfrey Street.
